I would expect increased central body temperature from high (nor)adrenaline, and/or decreased peripheral temperature (which manifests especially as cold extremities).
Have you checked your thyroid hormone levels?
Have you tried anti-adrenergic agents, such as propranolol, guanfacine, clonidine (and others)?
