i went into the psych, manic because i was awake, had sleep deprivation, i was left in a unit, and it took forever for me to see their on unit psychiatirst, it was nurse practitioner who put me on the sky rocket dose of librium because she said your 'manic' and, what happened was the researched phenibut (this is my guess) and they saw withdrawl severe was siezures, and alot of other things, they had me about 250mg of librium, i took 50mg of librium every 4 hours for a week then they tapered me off it when i was released, and litterly the librium when it was first given, it hardly had effect because of tolerant GABA levels. Met some intresting people in the psych during the visit, wanst bad i like meeting intresting people, they had a life story with my roommate while we were trying to go sleep, just telling life stories in the room we shared at night. They put lithium also, i put it under my tongue when they gave it to me, i hated lithium, i got off it as fast as possible
