I've always suffered fatigue, either from dexamphetamine or the memantine. Some think there should be a twelve hour gap between memantine doses. I've always taken 20mg. 10mg at 8am and another 10mg about 2pm. I just wondered how others take it. I tried 30mg and couldn't tell the difference!
