lorazepam....it does, yes again decrease dopamine levels, so when your in frount of a class or people, it can hault oral presentation, because of a bit of sedation. I don't know exactly a scientific method, one - you could add nuerotin which is very good for social anxiety, not potent as lorazepam it keeps you at bay. 2nd - crude awenser just drink a small amount of caffeine with lorazeoam before a discussion, get in frount of mirror, abd pratice, and pretent that youor in frount of alot people. This way, you can figure out, if small dose of caffeine would stimulate dopamine, even under lorazepam.
I waas on lorazepam for 2 years, made me relax and very good for anxiety, but yes i once had to get infrount of a class, but i was taking a stimulant. So it made moe alert in explaining.
