I had an issue w/ Marplan + Lithium (600 & 900mg). I'm not sure how it was ongoing but once I realized it the elevated BP was consistent. Took me a few months to figure out it was those two causing the issue (since I didn't want to come off either). BP got as high as 210/115 at times.
After I came off LI BP went back to low. I later found out that LI can increase Serotonin and while some have no issues w/ Li+MAOI it was a problem for me.
