You might try adding a bit of melatonin once or twice a week. This can help tolerance too. I only try and use gaba a few times a week as it leaves me feeling a bit yukky the next day. Other supplements for sleep include:
- gaba
- magnesium
- melatonin
- chamomile
- cbd
- valerian
- kava
You may also need to take a break from the armodafinil a few times a week. This could be keeping you up. Don't be afraid to skip a dose once or twice a week to see if you sleep better.Linkadge
