yea, but see half life, this is how i know it works, the half life is its life, but the duration action is half, like alralam has a half life of about 10 hours, xanax usally lasts 3-4 hours. The half life is diffrent. So half of 29, is 14. I take two 200mg tablets in the morning, to help mood staiblization. I've been lamictal long time, in 2012 i thought it was just generic mood stablizer, i noticed its effects, pulls out of depression in a depressive phase but mania.
It's like my body expects two 200mg tablets in the morning
