Lorazepam Amnesia side effect

So i took 1.5mg Lorazepam and i was really buzzed. I used to take more ans still remember everything i did. Now the tendency is more towards ambesia than a year ago.

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
5000 IU Vitamin D3
Blueberries!!!
Orthomolecular
