I'm not sure with this. Problem is I've started drinking alcohol on weekends and using phenibut again, which causes mood instability in me. So I don't really know what my baseline would be to compare too. Today I feel pretty good, but when I go into phenibut withdrawal I'll feel worse.
When my (bipolar) depression and anxiety is at its worst I get ringing in my ears. I'm still having some days of that. Aiming to stop drinking for a month or so and cut down on the phenibut; that way I can see what's happening to me.
In this study it took 5 weeks before they started seeing effects of riluzole for bipolar depression; so I think I will hang on in there and hope I can get back to my old self. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0006322304012259
I'm taking with memantine (15mg) as my anxiety/mania responds well to that.
