I've found I'm severely deficient in b12, d3 and iron even looking at 3-4 yr old reports, I'm now doing a 2-weekly 60000iu d3 for the time being. my b12 serum is 150. how does one dose the b12? right now I'm alternating between sublingual cyanocobalamin 1000mcg and regular methylcobalamin 1500mcg with folic and pyridoxine tablet in addition to a regular multivitamin. I'm angry at doctors for overlooking my low levels all these years especially as low b12 can cause permanent cns damage and even be a cause of rage and psychosis. Now I'm left wondering if the psychotropics are the cause of such low b12 or whethet it might be a primary deficiency. I feel very chill after 4-5 days of supplementing b12. What other variables should I be concerned about being on drugs? i'm on valproate and like many years of risperidone i'm taking it again.
