I took 5mg methylfolate and my folate levels are through the roof. Stopped two days ago

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
5000 IU Vitamin D3
Blueberries!!!
Orthomolecular
