If the Saphris is genuinely making you feel better, then the only thing that you should focus on is getting the dosage right.Forget about everything else for now. Leave your brain alone. Just allow it to reset itself and let Saphris do its work.
Enjoy the ride and don't look for other substances to take. It might take months or even a year before you reach full remission. Don't try to make it happen faster by adding more drugs. I have seen people begin to respond to Saphris in the first week. A friend of mine felt better within a week. It made an observable difference, particularly in the number of things she would get done during the day. Later, her mood improved. She was finally able to experience her true intelligence as her thoughts became clear and less slowed.
