I take 10 mg of prazosin three times a day. It is more than just an anti-nightmare drug. It serves well to treat PTSD daytime anxiety and depression.

Currently:

Parnate 60 mg/day
nortriptyline 100 mg/day
Lamictal 300 mg/day
lithium 300 mg/day
prazosin 30 mg/day

I have been taking prazosin for quite a few years to treat bipolar depression. I have tried several times to discontinue it. Each time, my depression worsened rather quickly. It feels like a very clean antidepressant with one exception. It ruins my sex-drive. I am better with it than without it.
