True... The question is does it need to be tapered quickly i.e. to make way for a new drug? If not, then why rush?

You can really mess yourself up by withdrawing too quickly.

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
