hi. quetiapine has a short half life, right? I would think there'd be an increased possibility of EPS, early on in the switch...because of the seroquel hanging out on D2 receptors even after one stops taking it...but that's just a guess, really.

so...I would think you could wait 24 hours with the old school, instant release quetiapine and be OK. I remmeber having to take that stuff 2, 3x daily. blah.
