Xanax add-on to Trintellix and Abilify?

I'm on 20mg Trintellix and 2mg Abilify. I'm thinking about trying a daily dose of Xanax (0.5mg 3 times a day) as add on, because I've noticed xanax helps with my sensory agitation. But so far I've taken it occasionally at times of day that are away from the other two meds. I was wondering if there's a danger of taking xanax even at the same time of day as these two other meds? I want to give xanax a serious maintenance dose try.
