One thing I've noticed is somewhat improved psychomotor function. I know that sound counterintuitive for something that is supposed to 'impair' you.
For example, I had essentially given up on praticing the piano several years ago. Although cognatively I still knew how to play, I just couldn't get my fingers to respond fast enough as I did before mental illness (and medications).
After starting low dose THC, I first noticed the desire to play again and my speed / coordintion has been improving slowly.
