Rash from Trazodone?

I have rash on eyelids and lips. Ontop of that my ears develop some stuff that i always scratch off. Should i stop trazodone?
Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
8333 IU Vitamin D3
Orthomolecular
