I don't think putting a label on how you feel changes anything. Call it whatever. It doesn't help the journey.
There are a lot of heavy duty meds in that cocktail. And if you can't say you are significantly or remarkably improved on that cocktail, then maybe some of its ingredients need to be swapped out or dropped. I don't see any sense in the investment of your time, money and days of your life into something that isn't getting you engaged in life.
The one thing about the cocktail that strikes me as curious is how it is almost entirely constructed of heavy duty brain manipulating chemicals but hardly anything to address the actual causes of psychiatric symptoms. Vitamin D is all there is. There is nothing in there for anti-inflammatory, nothing for anti-toxins, nothing for anti-microbial, nothing to support and enhance the immune system other than the vitamin D, nothing to support and balance the adrenal glands and the pituitary gland.
My journey has been identical to everyone here, except that my journey took a turn late in the game that others here didn't take. In that I learned the importance of addressing the things that actually cause psychiatric stuff, instead of putting all of my energy into chemical ways of manipulating neurotransmitters. Depression is so much more than just levels of neurotransmitters. That's just an end-result tiny piece of a larger thing.
Anyway, you've come a long way. Keep up the fight!
