This is a really dumb suggestion but do you have a flat pillow?
I started Nardil about 3months ago and did have an issue w/ my shoulders/arms hurting. I don't think it was related though. After running through all the med possibilities I finally figured out my pillow (which I prefer very flat) was causing me to sleep oddly pinching nerves. I got a new bigger/flufy pillow and it went away.
95% this isn't your problem so sorry for the suggestion but....
