Hey Ed,

Actually, I'm taking more like 3.75mg (or less) with 37.5mg of Effexor and 300mg of lithium. I find that even doses as low as 1mg are very sedating.

At one point, I did try mirtazapine monotherapy for depression. Alone, it didn't help enough symptoms.
