i would not take a tca w/ seroquel, personally.

i still think that if you need something for depression, you should look for something more modern, more stimulating. wellbutrin, maybe see if they will prescribe Provigil or Nuvigil. There's some limited data on Provigil in people stable on neuroleptics, and it seems helpful for a subset of people.

prozac has been combined with zyprexa, with good results for some people. I would think you'd need to have the tranquilizer doses reduced a bit w/ prozac, but i could be wrong.
