Just depression and negative symptoms. No positive symptoms.
> Have you ever checked your triglycerides? Mine are over 400. I am 50 pounds overweight. I think Abilify is the culprit. My blood sugar is normal. I'm thinking of asking my doctor about metformin. Are you aware of any long-term adverse side effects?
It may cause me to lose hair but i am rather bald than overweight. Plus triglycerides and cholesterol scares me. My grandma spent her last 10 years in bed because of stroke. I may be genetically burdened.
I take 2000mg. It doesnt really have any side effects right now except !maybe! hairloss. But could be genetic, too. I once shitted myself and had diarrhea but i think at the time i took 2500mg. You shouldnt do that. Plus you need a kidney check every now and then to avoid the rare side effect of Agranulocytosis. It prolongs life in animal models https://www.livescience.com/38532-metformin-lifespan-mice.html
My triglycerides are mildly high but i take two very high dosed Antipsychotics. I think if you took what i take without metformin, youd probably be like 150+ pounds overweight with outrageous triglycerides.
Seroquel 1000mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
10000 IU Vitamin D winter
7500 IU Vitamin D summer
