I think I understand your rationale. It is quite sophisticated. Perhaps the whole synaptic transducing communication system is a complex set of regulators that act to approximate a value in the fashion of a thermostat with negative feedback loops.
Would chronic blockade of 5-HT2/3 postsynaptic receptors result in their upregulation? Just curious. What about heteroreceptors?
Effexor is one of my favorite drugs. How did you react to Effexor at dosages at or above 300 mg/day?
