Potent inhibition of human cytochrome P450 3A isoforms by cannabidiol: role of phenolic hydroxyl groups in the resorcinol moiety.


If CBD is an enzyme inhibitor, it would be expected to increase the level of a medication (depending on the metabolic pathway of the drug) - somewhat like grapefruit.

This may just mean you need less of the drug.

What other meds are you taking?
