yes zyprexa does block serotonin im not sure what receptors, I've noticed it does in a way help mood, you feel kinda eased and relaxed at higher doses, when i first started it made me stable like no other, but i was so sleepy and sedated, it's like it downed my thoughts, but after years of taking it like brain adapted to it, but withdrawal from Zyprexa is hell, if i don't take it for 2-3 days i start getting anxiety, it's withdrawal effects require a benzo if you on it a long time
clozapine is a strong dopamine/serotonin blocker, but it doesn't have the anti-depressant effects
everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
