I've had akathisia from Trazodone, but not obsessive thoughts. In fact, its brother nefazodone (Serzone) _cured_ my waking in the middle of the night with obsessive, chaotic thoughts.
Escitalopram
Bupropion
Clonazepam
Trazodone prn
Propranolol prn
