Morning meds fell into oblivion

I forgot my morning dose until 3 PM. I only took 25mg Trazodone instead of 75mg because when i take more so late in the day, i get rapid heartbeat at night with my venlafaxine dose and that scares me.

I took 1mg Lorazepam because i was freaking out. I made an alert on my phone to avoid stuff like this in the future.

Please no med suggestions. Thanks.
