I don't think it is that easy.
I have pretty serious clinical OCD-symptoms and rituals, and the only thing that have helped me is olanzapine, risperdal and memantine.I have a hard time believing that these drugs do cause OCD by it's own. But who knows?
Try to reduce your antipsychotics and see if things clears up. My mind did when i came of 600mg quetiapine and 20mg olanzapine, and now i am helped by just 2.5-5mg olanzapine instead of the monster doses i used to take! :-)If it get worse after some month you could always go back! (the first period after you have reduced them you are going to feel a bit of, but if it continues you should maybe go back or try a different one) :-)
My tip if you want to try something completely new and obviously can tolerate EPS side effects, is to cross titrate Amisulpride into your medicines, and stop completely with both olanzapine and quetiapine.
Amisulpride is known to be, sometimes, even better than clozapine.
Good luck!
