I've never taken nardil, but I do take parnate. All the MAOIs cause postural hypotension so a drop in BP after getting out of bed is normal. You really only have to take some care when first rising to sit for a bit and then maybe stand by a dresser for a bit to make sure you don't feel faint. Although 90/76 is not a worrisome BP. Why are you checking your BP every 10 minutes? BP goes up and down all the time, MAOI or no MAOI. Systolic numbers, especially, change with activity, so getting up and moving around will naturally raise the systolic number.
The tiredness, I just don't know. Parnate doesn't cause tiredness, but I don't know about nardil. Hopefully Scott will weigh in.
