I don't think AAP/AP drugs are the best option for you ((personal opinion, please don't think I'm even pretending to be a professional)).
Women get tardive dyskinesia more than men. People with mood disorders get tardive dyskinesia more than people with Schizophrenia. People in general--but women, in particular--over 40 or so get tardive dyskinesia fairly often.
See where I'm going with this? If you already have muscle stiffness and such, I'd personally drop the seroquel.
Ever tried a tricyclic? Not ideal, but there's one...surmontil...that is more sedating and calming than most other antidepressants, and has a different side effect profile than the other TCA drugs. Its also available in generic and an effective sleeping pill. ((just a thought))
I take 400mgs/wellbutrin, but I get lethargic and fat when I'm depressed, so its a good thing for me. When I went from 200 to 400 per the doctor's orders, I had some jitters that got better with gabapentin I'm prescribed for as needed use.
Wellbutrin can cause mania and such, but I think the risk is supposedly lower than the SSRI, SNRI, and most TCA drugs. I could easily be wrong.
Didn't you take adderall for a while? Could you just ditch the antidepressants and try a carefully calibrated dose of a stimulant? With the other drugs on board, that might help enough to see you through ((wild *ss guess)) .
Hope this helps. Please keep us all posted.
