Desipramine: When does dizziness/headache go away?

I just began desipramine 2 days ago at 25 mg (I'm a CYP2D6 Poor Metabolizer), and I've been having dizziness and headaches, which I believe are supposed to be common with tricyclics at first?

How long should it take for these effects to go away?
