if they both stop working, there's geodon, saphris, and various others new generation AP's.... it would be more of risk to move to clozapine because it's potent, and if you ever had a resistant effect to it, options would be limited, you would only be left with the old harsh generation anti-psychotics.....or haloperidol
my suggestion is work with the dosages you have on zyprexa and seroquel, maybe increase trazadone, your doctor has to work with you on this, we can only give suggestions on babble, only suggestion you could talk to your doctor
