I agree with you, Chris. I am still willing to post here because I think the advantages outweigh the challenges of having a resident troll. However, if the community is to be viable, our troll must be dealt with using methods employed by other Internet forums to treat troll infections. Ignoring the troll is a good place to start.
Perhaps someone would like to make a project of researching trolls and come up with a protocol to deal with them. Our particular troll would be particularly difficult to eradicate completely, so limiting the infection should be the goal to start with.
