My husband just read your post also Lou and having just moved from a HOA that did discriminate against those that were not in their list of HOA board members friends we saw many neighbors denied being able to plant trees for instance in areas of their property. And the rule there was that no common area could display a thing at the Holidays for more than a week. We both totally agree that if the Wreaths in the common area are allowed the Menorah should be also displayed. There was an incident where a retired Viet Nam Vet wanted to hang an American Flag on the front of home was denied as the home oweners didn't like his dogs. So he appealed to the higher ups and found the law forbids anyone from not displaying the American Flag. So we totally get this. Good for you for demanding equal rights in this. Phillipa & mate
