Most definitely. Parnate will eliminate REM sleep almost totally at first, so it is not surprising that you feel tired during the day. By "tired" I'm assuming you do not mean physically "leaden" and anergic. If you do mean the later, then it is worthwhile cutting your dose up, say 10mg (9am), 10mg (12noon), 10mg (3pm).
The somnolence (if that is what you mean) will improve (in my experience: Parnate 120mg - 140mg) to the extent that it will be overcome.
