And now im drinking. Sh*t loads. I'm tense, nervous when outside and am drinking like a fish with little effect. What a mess. gotta do something. Try and get a bed in a psych ward? Will they take me? Will I have to lie and say i'm suicidal or will that hang on my conscience and pull me even lower. Should have organized this all 1st.
