I'm gonna be one sided as i always is:
Maybe you could try give memantine a shot, and if you don't have any addiction problems i thunk that memantine and a stimulant seem to have helped a lot of people.
I'm an addict so i keep away from stimulants (been on amphetamine for 5 years so for me it's not worth it if it's gonna be a relapse in that and i find myself using one year from now.).
But if you're not, i think that's what i'd recommend :-)
