Combining an SSRI and a SNRI

Thoughts & experiences on combining an SSRI and a SNRI?

I know there might be the risk of serotonin syndrome with certain combinations; a higher risk when combining SSRI with another SSRI.

I'm doing my educational research before my appointment with my new psychiatrist I've only seen once, but really had a great first-visit with!
Thinking I might be having the Prozac Poop-out experience. I'm a 26-year fluoxetine veteran consumer currently taking 40mg daily, augmented with .5mg of clonazepam.
