My liver became drastically better when i went from 90 kg (198ibs) to 66 kg (145.5ibs). I'm 171 cm (5 feet 7)
So it may be that :-)
I don't think that you're obese or something and you can be healthy with your weight, but maybe you eat something that your liver have a hard time to process..
