i've used it about 6 times, it does work, you feel electricity and waves go through the brain, if you really depressed, or in a slump it could help, but in general, it doenst really produce much of noticed effect, you feel the waves going into the brain, but it's difficult to tell mood improvement, it would have to be done daily, and used in various sections of the skill, i read it does increase excellular levels of dopamine, but really.....it's a mild shock, you feel a "humming" going through your brain, not an actual sound but that's what it feels like......but nothing miraclulous or rapid change.......it would have be done daily, to start to see improvement in mood, and also other cogntive abilities......
there's diffrent devices, the one i have, if i leave it on at 2ma it burns my skin, not burn it totally but i can see a red mark where the electrodes where, have to mix it with water and other various things to prevent burning......but the focus device i saw that on ebay, and also hugh told me about it, it looks better but it's expensive, but the only thing is you can only use it on your forehead, it's a headset......
but you put the electrodes anywhere on the skull, it suppostly causes nuero stimulation, it can enhance verbal skills, and memory
