Wellbutrin is good with activation, and low energy, it could maybe help but wellbutrin is known to cause anxiety, and if you have anxiety it could increase it, it's a mild stimulant in a way.....but not actually acting like stimulant with increasing heart rate.........i would start on a low dose 150mg XL and see what happens, it helps people get going in the morning, kinda like coffee, but it increases dopamine but increase more norepinephrine, which could cause anxiety
not sure about your history, but sometimes they use benzos for trama to reduce the intensity, like memories.....but some doctor won't use them
lyrica could defiently be a good choice, it's calming and improves mood somwhat and has antianixety properties
