sorry. my initial post was kind of...well, not all that helpful. Anyway...

...I take 30mgs/Abilify, which is the biggest pill made and usually the max daily dose. Akathisia is a problem for people with Abilify...but for me, Abilify is the only neuroleptic that didn't cause akathisia, tremor, stiff gait, etc. We're all wired differently.

I didn't mean to scare you in that 1st post, just...akathisia seems to be an issue w/ D2 partial agonists. Why? I dunno. Maybe SLS can chime in.

But, like I wrote above, that doesn't mean you'll get akathisia. One reason Abilify is such a hot seller is because its more tolerable than many of the other options (both conventional and "atypical"). If Vraylar is anything like Abilify, then it should also be more tolerable than many other options.

Plus, you could be like me...no to D2 blockers, yes to D2 partial agonists. Geodon is more tolerable than some drugs, but its still a D2 blocker.
