I take:
50mg at 6:00am
100mg at 3:00pm
50mg at bedtime approx. 11:00pm

100mg at bedtime gave me insomnia which is why I take the big dose in the afternoon. Makes me a bit tired but this is usually the high stress time of the day for me.
