I may be able to give Trazodone a shot.

Also, i could try Rexulti and/or Viibryd.

Can trazodone be combined with SSRI/SNRI?

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 600mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
75mg Effexor
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
5.000 IU Vitamin D during winter
Some Cannabidiol
