Parnate has helped some. Therapy has helped more. Parnate is not like an amphetamine in my experience, except in the sense that it can cause terrible insomnia at first. What really works for me is abilify. If I fall into a bad place, abilify will pull me out within 48 hours. Unfortunately, it will also cause me to gain massive amounts of weight - and with no increase in appetite or food consumed. Completely screws with my metabolism.
> i'm on 80mg of prozac with nuvigil, it seems to work, but i know there's alot of people who take parnate that have treatment resistant depression, parnate is a exallant antidepressant, treats seriously depressed people and works well, but it does have a little more side effects than SSRI's, it's stimulating from what i've read some of it's effects are similar to dextroamphetamine (but not acts in the same it does)
