Research it to find out how effective it is for PTSD and developmental PTSD, sometimes known as complex PTSD. Chronic childhood traumas or neglect can lead to this condition. I'm doing well on low-dose prazosin for severe depression. In particular, prazosin can minimize nightmares and violent dreams.
