Hi again Larry,
> I know you're relatively new here, JK, but I consider myself something of a Psychobabble graduate. I went through some incredibly difficult times for about a decade (and I may have inadvertently imposed on others here, in times of personal distress), but this place saved me. I learned things about myself, about how to cope, that I would otherwise not have learned. Whereas I had been 100% disabled, surviving on the pittance the government throws you to keep you barely alive, I've re-invented myself, and I'm doing well in a professional environment. I owe a debt of gratitude to Psychobabble, and especially its members, for that opportunity.Would you mind sharing how you were able to "re-invent" yourself? I'm wondering what life changes/meds/etc. you found to be useful in achieving your recovery. My depression is fairly long standing and I would sure appreciate any advice.
Thanks in advance,
Jade
