Thanks for your feedback. That's important information.So, your appetite was higher at 30 mg/day and returned to about normal at 45 mg/day? I'm sorry things didn't work out for you.
I came across a paper the other day that described possible reasons why people gain weight on Remeron. I don't remember seeing anything referring to water-weight. However, there was some reference to basal metabolic rate (BMR) being reduced as well as reductions in leptin secretion.
