Should i take Truvada? HIV

Hey there,

i am at higher risk for HIV infection than the average man.

I hear Truvada can lead to loss of appetite.

Might it be a good idea for me to take Truvada?

Is it okay with a Cyp3a4 and Cyp2c19 inhibitor?

I think i want to do this. Reduces the risk by 90%.

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 600mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
75mg Effexor
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
6.000 IU Vitamin D
